Madhukari Herbal Tea

• The Ginger present in this herbal tea stimulates the digestive juice, adsorbs gases, reduces stress, helps blood flow to the digestive system and eliminates various pollutants.
• Coriander helps to calm the nervous system (including stress and anxiety) helps in cases of nausea, heartburn and headaches.
• Basil acts as an antioxidant and has anti-inflammatory properties. It also helps protect the heart by keeping one’s blood pressure under control and lowering the levels of cholesterol, and hence prevents and protects from heart ailments.
• Ushira helps to purify the blood and gives the skin a beautiful glow, and prevents the appearance of acne and blemishes. It is a good remedy for blocked Sinuses.

Take equal measures of water and milk. ( It can also be enjoyed without milk)

Add half teaspoon of Madhukari tea and bring it to boil. (Add sugar/sweetener to taste, if needed )

Strain and serve hot.
